not because she’s lost herself,

To her truth, to her medicine, to herself.

This is the space I find myself in now.
My daughter is in college.
Relationships have shifted… others have fallen away.
And somehow, through every storm, the Yucatán keeps calling me back.

It is my sanctuary. My medicine. My Spiritual home.

This Solstice, I return once more — not just to receive, but to share.
To offer the sacred healing of the jungle, the sun, and sisterhood
with other women who have crossed their own thresholds
and are ready to emerge anew.
